I think we’re in business (kinda)
Well, I think the DNS has propogated for the most part and you should be viewing marusin.com from a new server using a different weblog platform. <span style="font-style: italic;"> </span><span style="font-weight: bold;">I can't say that I'm too excited</span> about the look and feel of the site yet since I took a default template and just made a couple tweaks. I'll try to spice things up a bit soon.
I will say that I absolutely love Wordpress so far and the transition over from MovableType was quite painless. The only big issue that I’ve found so far is that all of the old permalinks are dead (until I can fix them). Wordpress has a different method for building URLs and that has obviously killed a lot of direct links to posts on my site. Oh well, nothing was too important and you can always use the search box over there (->). Google will reindex some day and we’ll be good to go. :)
Anyways, please check out the new site and continue to let me know if you find anything that is not working correctly or is funky. If you subscribe to my RSS feed, I encourage you to update your subscription to point to http://www.marusin.com/feed.
