What kind of car are you?
On yesterday’s Croncast, Kris and Betsy brought up an interesting question:
“If I was a car, what kind of car would I be?”
With that question repeating itself over and over in my head, I spent the rest of my morning commute thinking about what kind of car I would be… After much thought (and analyzing every car I passed or was stuck behind), I finally figured it out…

I would be a Volvo 240 Station Wagon. Practical, a bit quirky, but unexpectedly cool. :)
What kind of car would you be?
FYI, that’s not me in the back of the car. Picture “borrowed” from some site in Sweden…

Huh. That’s a pretty interesting question. I’d have to say I’d be a Saab, though I don’t care what year - they’re safe, practical, well engineered, sexy, sleak, and fast. Mrowr. ;-)

I don’t know what car I am but I know one of the cars I would want to be is a Jaguar XK150. Completely restored of course.

Duh! No question. 1969 Charger with a V8. They torque up to 490 lb-ft @ 3200 rpm. They do the querter mile in 13.9 sec @ 104 mph. It is a fast and mean car - just like me. Get some buddies, a 6 pack if Schlitz and cruise for jailbait all day in that baby.

I’d be my first car, a 1986 Chevy Celebrity, beige, with a bench seat in the front and a large trunk (enough to fit 3 bodies). Of course I would need to have the rain guards I had then too.
