Maybe I’m Late To The Party?
I just finished talking about installing MovableType on Panther and while typing up that entry discovered something really cool in MovableType that I wasn’t aware of.
I’m not sure if it’s a feature or a bug (there’s such a fine-line between the two!), but I’m currently using Mozilla Firebird and had an open session logged into my MovableType instance. I had another tab opened to my site and ran a search using the search box on the main page. When my search results came up, I had an “Edit” link next to each entry found. If you click on this “Edit” link it takes you into the “Edit Entry” page for that entry within MovableType.
Very slick and cool. I never knew about this and it’s pretty sweet. Those Trott’s sure have their act together! :)
