Hello,
My name is Von Teramoto.
I am a chef that is a graduate of CIA ( Culinary Institute of America).
The last fourteen years I have specialized in traditional Japanese cuisine. Particularly sushi.
I’ve worked in Hawaii and Southern California with such chefs as Nobu and Masaharu Morimoto.
Currently, I am in Japan studying for my Fugu (Blowfish) cutting license.
I will be leaving Japan soon with my wife and child and will be seeking long term employment with a reputable company I can grow with and display my skills.
